Freedom, freedom and freedom

We feel free by being happy enough.

It feels indulgent to stop drinking alcohol for a time.

Like you have taken off foggy glasses.

Like you have become a child again.

Being happy enough means feeling guilt-free.

You feel as innocent as a baby lamb.

You feel like nothing is holding you back when you are alco-free.

You can read health facts like this one and feel like you are going well and you’re doing your best.

Health problems such as liver disease, brain injury, cancer and heart problems are strongly linked to drinking alcohol.

And the more you drink the greater the risk

You’re going to sleep like a baby. Less interruptions, more restful sleep.

You’re going to sleep like a baby.

Less interruptions, more restful sleep.

You have more energy and time which leads to more adventure.

You have more energy and time which leads to more adventure.

Alcohol dulls your senses. So being happy enough will sharpen your senses. You feel like a dog soaking up the scents, wind and sounds of a driving car,

Alcohol dulls your senses.

So being happy enough will sharpen your senses.

You feel like a dog soaking up the scents, wind and sounds of a driving car,

You no longer have hangovers.

So you have more time.

So now, you are better at organising.

Meaning you can do more.

Socialise more.

Or dive in to your hobby.

Or hit your professional goals.

Whatever you want.

You are happy enough and you can decide what to do with your spare time.

You’re going to be more intense.

To yourself.

To others.

Because you aren’t escaping. You aren’t numbing. You aren’t dulling yourself.

You just are.

Happy enough.
